The panel underscored that achieving a cost-efficient, resilient, and integrated regional electricity market hinges on aligning national and regional strategies, accelerating regulatory reforms, harmonising market design, strengthening coordinated infrastructure planning, and proactively addressing political and sovereign risk dynamics.
